Sizes can vary between brands and suppliers. We always recommend checking the size guide on each individual product page before ordering, especially for multi-packs and bundle products.

Orders & Payment

By placing an order on our website you are making an offer to purchase the selected products at the stated price. All orders are subject to acceptance and availability. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion.

We accept the following payment methods:

  • PayPal

  • Apple Pay and Google Pay

  • Klarna — buy now, pay later (subject to Klarna's own terms and credit checks)

Payment is processed securely at checkout. You will receive an order confirmation email once payment has been accepted. This email is confirmation of receipt of your order, not acceptance of it — we reserve the right to cancel orders after this stage if there are stock or pricing issues.

Pricing

All prices on essentialfashion.net are displayed in GBP (£) and are inclusive of UK VAT where applicable, unless otherwise stated. Prices do not include delivery charges, which are calculated at checkout.

  • We reserve the right to change prices at any time without prior notice

  • If a pricing error occurs on an order you have placed, we will contact you before processing

  • Sale prices are valid only for the duration of the promotion

  • We are not obligated to honour pricing errors or glitches on our website

International customers: prices are shown in GBP. Your card provider will apply the current exchange rate at the time of purchase. Additional customs duties or import taxes may apply depending on your country.

Shipping & Delivery

We aim to dispatch all orders within 1 to 2 business days of payment confirmation. Estimated delivery times are provided as a guide only and are not guaranteed. Essential Fashion is not liable for delays caused by carriers, customs, or events outside our control.

  • UK standard delivery: 2 to 4 business days from dispatch

  • Free standard UK delivery on all orders over £40

  • International delivery times and costs vary by destination

  • Risk of loss and title for purchased items passes to you upon delivery

Section 07

Returns & Refunds

We offer a 30-day return policy from the date of delivery. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and returned in their original condition with all tags attached. We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions.

  • To initiate a return, email alexgrainger1999@gmail.com with your order number

  • Return postage costs are the customer's responsibility unless the item is faulty or incorrect

  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5 to 10 business days of receiving the return

  • Sale items and final-sale products may not be eligible for return — this will be clearly stated at checkout

For full details on our returns process please refer to our Refund Policy page. Under the UK Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, you also have the right to cancel an order within 14 days of receipt without giving a reason.
