Section 01

Order Processing

All Essential Fashion orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days after payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or UK bank holidays will be processed on the next available business day.

You receive an order confirmation email immediately after checkout.

2 Order Processed

We pick, pack, and prepare your order within 1 to 2 business days.

3 Order Dispatched

Your order is handed to our carrier and a tracking number is emailed to you.

4 Order Delivered

Your Essential Fashion order arrives at your door, ready to wear.

During peak periods — sales events, bank holidays, and new weekly drops — processing may extend to 3 business days. We will always keep you updated.

We offer the following shipping options for all orders within the United Kingdom:

Delivery estimates run from the date of dispatch, not the date of your order. Business days exclude weekends and UK bank holidays.

We ship Essential Fashion orders worldwide. Estimated delivery times and costs for international destinations are as follows:

International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, or local fees charged by your country. These are the customer's responsibility and are not included in our prices. We recommend checking your local customs rules before ordering.

Free Shipping

We offer free standard UK shipping on all orders over £40. The threshold is calculated on your cart subtotal after any discount codes have been applied, before taxes.

  • Free shipping applies to standard UK delivery only — not express or next day

  • The £40 threshold is based on the cart subtotal after all discounts

  • Free shipping does not apply to international orders

  • Cannot be combined with certain promotional codes unless stated

Tip — our multi-packs like the Shorts 3-Pack and Cropped Vest 5-Pack are great value and will easily get you over the £40 free shipping threshold.

Section 05

Order Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched you will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number and a direct link to track your parcel in real time.

  • Tracking updates may take up to 24 hours to appear after dispatch

  • Track directly on the carrier's website using your tracking number

  • If you haven't received a tracking email within 3 business days, check your spam folder first

Section 06

Delays & Exceptions

We always aim to hit our delivery estimates but some circumstances are outside our control. These include:

  • Severe weather or disruption to carrier networks

  • UK bank holidays and peak periods such as Christmas and Black Friday

  • Customs delays on international orders

  • Incorrect or incomplete delivery address provided at checkout

  • Carrier strikes or national disruptions

We'll always communicate known delays as quickly as possible. If your order is significantly late please get in touch and we'll investigate on your behalf.

Section 07

Lost or Damaged Orders

We pack every order carefully but if something arrives damaged or goes missing in transit, follow these steps:

1 Take photos immediately

Photograph the damaged item and packaging before throwing anything away.

2 Email us within 48 hours

Send photos and your order number to alexgrainger1999@gmail.com.

3 We sort it

We'll arrange a free replacement or full refund — no hassle.

For lost orders, wait until 5 business days past the expected delivery date before contacting us, as parcels are sometimes delayed without a tracking update.

Section 08

Incorrect Address

Please double-check your delivery address before placing your order. Essential Fashion cannot be held responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer.

Spotted an error in your address after ordering? Email us immediately at alexgrainger1999@gmail.com. We can only update addresses before dispatch. Once your order has left us, we are unable to redirect it.

Section 09

Returns

Not happy with your order? We offer a 30-day return policy from the date of delivery. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with tags attached.

  • Email alexgrainger1999@gmail.com with your order number to start a return

  • Return postage costs are the customer's responsibility unless the item is faulty

  • Refunds are processed within 5 to 10 business days of receiving the item
